We are specialists engaged by corporate clients to source and secure superior talent in the Finance and Accounting profession.  While based in southern NH, our reach is extensive enabling us to serve the entire New England marketplace.  Our AAFA (American Association of Finance and Accounting) affiliation allows us to search on a national level.

Founder Kim Scoggins, who began his search career in 1979, launched ARC in 1990.  The vision was to create a boutique-style approach providing more personalized consulting services to both corporate clients and candidates.  Since then:
